Job SWEQSRV

We're on E-Recruiting V.6.



 I've just noticed that the event queue job SWEQSRV has been in 'Scheduled' status since last November.  One workflow, triggered when a candidate first registers, is set with event queue so this workflow has not been triggered since last November.  I want to turn SWEQSRV back on but am afraid that this will trigger old work items, for example, send old emails to candidates, etc.  Can anyone tell me where I can look to make sure that restarting SWEQSRV will not trigger anything old?
