Display user ID instead of WF-BATCH

Hi Metin,
Sometimes yes. Please be more specific - what is the background task you're executing and how (bapi? bdc? etc.).
Please consider that now, the actual SAP user, needs authorization to execute the business transaction, and in case he is missing them, you workflow wil have to trap these errors.

Dear colleagues?

We are running SAP workflow for approval of POs?, vendor and customer master
records. When we look at standard SAP reports? of change documents, such as
XK04 (vendor account changes) of those cases WF-BATCH is the user who
approves or rejects workflow item.

Is there any way to display SAP user ID who actually performed / run
workflow item instead of WF-BATCH. Although I have searched through SDN and
found that WF-BATCH is the user that finishes workflow process in
background.
