Extended Notifications

I don't know if this will help but I have a setting in my inbox (SBWP - Settings->Office Settings then click the Create button) where I have any document coming into my SAP inbox forwarded to my email address.



In the Forward section, I have the "Also place in inbox" UN-checked.  (This setting comes up checked when creating the entry.)  This will send all the documents to my email address and does NOT put them in the Documents folder in my SAP in-box.

Not possible, but you can perhaps solve your requirement by taking away SBWP

authorization for all users. Not that I would recommend it, and I can't

understand why you would want to - but that's not my problem :-)
