Extended Notifications

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where in I need to send workitem to Microsoft outlook
without sending the same workitem to SAP INBOX (SBWP).I am not sure extended
notification will work for my scenario as I believe the workitem will be
moved to microsoft outlook after arriving in SBWP in extended
notification.Can I bypass the workitem in going to SBWP.Please let me know
if any possible way available.
