PA30 - Address / Personal Data - lock / unlock for ESS

Hey folks,



We want to add record lock / unlock to Name Change like Address.

In Address, we can lock / unlock.

In Personal data (Name Change) there is no options for lock / unlock.



Would someone be so kind as to point me to the config that controls this please.
