Restrict the Workitem going to the Substitute inbox based on Roles

Hi,
I have to restrict the workitem to the substitute based on the authorization
like roles and profile assigned to the substitute .

Example : User A has profile (or) role AA . User B doesnt have profile (or)
role AA. But in the particular scenario if User B is assigned as a
substitute for User A. The workitem should not be visible in User B inbox
Is there any user-exit , BADI which would get triggered before the work item
arrives in the business workplace.

Now, my question is the workitems with the profile (or) role AA should not
be visible in User B inbox.
If User B has the profile (or) Role AA then the workitem should be displayed
in substitutes inbox.

I checked Substitute Profile ---> it says the substitute can only display
and process the work items of tasks that are assigned in the substitute
profile .

But how to see the substitute has the profile same as User A
