Substitution not working

Hi Adam,

Please check if the user has a filter setup in their inbox.

Also check if the BAdI WF_BWP_SELECT_FILTER has been implemented....maybe the code is filtering work items from certain users.

hi All,
We are on ECC6. User has ceated and activated a substitute. I see the entries in the table HRUS_D2 and active field is checked with the substitute profile 'ALL' and the date range is set correctly too. But substitute is not getting workitems!! Can any one suggest what can be an issue?
