Workflow Preview on ECC 6

Thanks everyone for giving me the direction to take.  I have not completely confirmed with the users yet, but the one thing they have in common is that they are on SAP GUI 640.  Everyone should be on GUI 710.  Somehow a few users snuck by us when the rollout was made.  If they recently upgraded to IE 7, I'm guessing this could cause the preview problem.

Hi Monique,

Ok, then maybe a combination of IE and SAPGUI maybe causing the issue.

Can you isolate the users who have the issue and check their IE & SAPGUI version & patch level and compare to users who do not have the issue. Hopefully you can see some pattern.

I have seen similar issues in the past where the work item preview in SBWP was blank and it was to do with an incompatibility with IE & SAPGUI.

Our users should be on IE 7.  I have IE 7 and am able to see the bottom portion.  What about Java or anything else that would impact the preview?

Hi Monique,

The Internet Explorer version may be influencing this as the bottom part of the screen is most likely HTML based.

Check if the users who have this issue are using the latest IE version.

We are on ECC 6.0 and I'm hoping someone else on this group may have encountered the same issue and has a resolution.  I apologize if this is a very basic question but I don't know where else to turn.

Our users are able to pull up the workflow overview from within a document.  The screen is broken up into two parts (Workflows for Current Context and Current Data for Started Workflows).  The second part of the screen is not appearing for some reason.  Nothing has been changed on the security side.  I have asked the users to try on a different computer and everything is fine.  Obviously, it is something on their computer but I don't know what.  What is required to see the bottom section of the workflow?

I've attached an image of the screen that users should be seeing.
