everyone for giving me the direction to take. I have not completely
confirmed with the users yet, but the one thing they have in common is that
they are on SAP GUI 640. Everyone should be on GUI 710. Somehow a
few users snuck by us when the rollout was made. If they recently
upgraded to IE 7, I’m guessing this could cause the preview problem.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Obviously, it is something on their computer but I don’t know what.
