Hi Vel!
Are you saying that that workflow log shows that the work-item is with the person to whom you have forwarded it to.. but it doesn't actually show up in his/her the inbox ?

This is standard behaviour.
Forwarding means "I want YOU to do this".
What you're describing is more like "I want to add another agent to this
task"

Two very different concepts.
The first is available in the inbox, the second you will have to build
yourself.
