Forward Workitem

You can only Replace work items that have status Reserved. I believe after
forwarding the work item, the status is Ready.
Therefore the function or method to 'Replace' the work item will not be
possible.

Replacing releases the work item from its Reserved status and makes it
available again to all of the original recipients.
The status of the work item changes from Reserved back to Ready.

If the problem is that it is getting reserved when you forward it, can you
use another function or method to 'replace' the work item, after it is
forwarded? Then it should appear in all the desired inboxes again, right?

I believe when you select the workitem to forward, the workitem is reserved
and removed from all the agents inbox.
Then when you forward, the workitem only finally appears in the inbox of
your specified forwarding agents.
You would need to forward the workitem to the new agent and all of the
previous agents too.

Hi,
If i forward a workitem from SBWP. The workitem is getting disappeared
from all the agents inbox.
It is present only in the agents inbox to whom i have forwarded.

What i know was , If i forward a workitem i think it will only disappear
from the inbox of the agent who forwarded. Is it correct.
But in my case it is disappearing from all the agents inbox.
