Hi Gay,
It's pretty straightforward as it's standard ABAP selection report...

I think I neglected to mention that you need to fill in the criteria:
* Object Type = TS (if transporting a single task) or WS (if
transporting tasks linked to a workflow using eval path TASKHIER)
* ...and deselect the checkboxes - i.e. the only checkbox selected
should be the Transport checkbox...

...but other than that is as per below.

Just the 3 steps:
1. Initial selection criteria to select your tasks and check the
Transport checkbox - then EXECUTE
2. On the results list, select all rows and press the Add to Transport
button (Add Line icon followed by Transport)
3. Still on the results list, select all rows and press the
"Transport/Delete" button

Success message indicates your change request has been updated.
You can either enter the change request in the relevant parameter on the
initial selection screen or it will ask you for it when you press the
buttons.

If you're nervous find an HR consultant as they use this report also -
but I'd suggest just giving it a go.

Rgds,
Jocelyn

Hi Jocelyn,
Can you provide some screen shots here. When I execute program RHMOVE30,
the tasks required here are transport task numbers. We are on ECC6.0

Regards,
Gayathri

Folks, This is an oldie but a goodie.

You need to execute program RHMOVE30 to add your General Task settings
to Transports.

Enter your task numbers (you can enter a workflow and use eval path
TASK_HIER to pick up all sub tasks)
Select the Transport checkbox

On the second screen
Select all and press Add to Transport
Select all again and press Transport/Delete

You should get a message confirming they have been added to your change
request.
You will see infotype 1217 entries on your transport request.

Easy when you know how.
Rgds,
Jocelyn

Hi Koenraad,

Have you tried the simple alternative of just setting it manually in
QA/PRD?
This uses the same transportability setting as agent assignment. On most
sites I've worked on this can be maintained in each system.

Cheers,
Mike
