Explanation SAP Note 1559741 - Workflow excecution handler

Hello,

Reading sap note 1159741 - Background job SWWCOND has very long runtime.
The suggest solution of SAP is to make use of a Workflow Execution Handler.
To make use of the Execution Handler you should model this in the header
data of the workflow definition. I find out where i can find it, but what i
don't understand is how to use it.

We are using Leave request for ESS/MSS. If i want to use the principle
described in note 1159741 what should i use as Execution Handler in the
header data.
In the workflow container i have a attribute Req. which is of class
CL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS.

I hope my question is clear enough.
