SAP NOTE to guide customer for "Delete WI for particular user"

Dear Janssens,

I need to tell the customer to delete the WI manually. Actually customer has portal based application & have very less knowledge about how to get the WI ID & execute FM.

Does any standard note exists for this?

I need to suggest the customer to delete the Work items for a particular user in SAP system. I know we can user SWWL transaction to delete the WI.

is there any SAP Note available to explain how to delete WI?
