SAP NOTE to guide customer for "Delete WI for particular user"

Dear Experts,

I need to suggest the customer to delete the Work items for a particular
user in SAP system. I know we can user SWWL transaction to delete the WI.

is there any SAP Note available to explain how to delete WI?
