17.12 SP9 scanning not reaching - tcode : OAWD

Hi, I am having an ticket regarding scanning not reaching. below are the
chain mails from the user.
I assume that, the problem is resolved, but waiting for the user
confirmation.
Could you please confirm, is my understanding is right or not?


This is NOT a bug or a problem, but is just a combination of the addition
of a further option, and a subtle piece of user training (sorry Kevin,
David etc).


The icons circled in RED represent the option to "Store for entry later"...
the 'entry' being the saving of the SAP invoice and the subsequent linkage.

The icons circled in GREEN represent the option to "Assign and store". This
will allow the image to be attached to an existing document. These options
have been added as part of the Skarbimierz release, as they are useful if
documents need to be appended later.. obviously, the invoice has to already
have been created for this to be of use.

 Before the Skarbimierz release, only the RED icons existed and hence a
double click on the queue name could only represent one option. Since this
release, as there are now two options available, the system has to clarify.
If the user wishes to make a non-ambiguous selection (and hence avoided the
selection screen),  they need merely click on the appropriate icon instead.
