OSS note 1422569 fixes 'select all' in SWI1, SWIA, SWI1_RULE etc

Dear Paul,
  I tried to check this not in service.sap.com, but it gives me the
following message "The requested SAP Note is either in reworking or is
released internally only". Please advice.
