OSS note 1422569 fixes 'select all' in SWI1, SWIA, SWI1_RULE etc

Folks,

A new year's gift from OSS!

That annoying little bug in transactions SWIA, SWI1_RULE (etc) where the
'Select All' button doesn't work,
has now been fixed by OSS note 1422569.

The note is still only available in German, but I can confirm that it works
a treat.
