SWN_SELSEN not picking the workitems

Hi Rick,

Some of the services /sap/bc/bsp/sap/swn_config  and
/sap/bc/bsp/sap/swn_wiexecute
are found inactive in production system. Is this the reason for SWN_SELSEN
not sending the workitems to msoutlook? I have told my spport team to
activate this services. Any idea on this.
