Thanks a lot . I will do that immediatly.

It will releave me from a lot of pressure.
Now can u just tell me what can i do further to correct this issue. I
changed the agent assignment to general task and transported through
RH_REMOVE30 and this created me this much problem. So what should i do to
correct that ... Is there any way other way to maka a task as general task
.... r am i missing some where........
