Background Workflow task hanging

Hi,

 

I am working on credit memo workflow. when credit memo is created workflow is triggered and also agents are receiving workitems in there business workplace but the problem is _WF_INITIATOR is not getting populated by the initiator of the workflow but by user WF-BATCH(backbround user) 

 

could anyone let me know how to get this value is there any setting to get it populated ?

according to SAP help  it says
