Issue in Extended notifications with workitem link

Hi All,

I am facing a strange issue in extended notifications. The issue is,if the
user is logged into SAP system and click on Workitem link lying in MSOUTLOOK
inbox the appliaction is displaying workitem on webpage this is correct but
if the user is not logged into SAP system and click on the workitem link
lying in MSOUTLOOK the system is calling SAP System but not the SBWP
t-code.The requirement is to call Please help me in finding the issue.
