SSO (Single sign on) configuration steps

Hi All,

If anyone is familiar with SSO (Single sign on) configuration,please help
me.I am not aware of the configuaration steps and also tried in
google,unfortunately could not find any document. My requirement is to allow
user to take action on the workitem lying in MSOUTLOOK inbox without logging
into SAP.
