How to find the Req i.d

Hi Experts,

When a PR is saved and release strategy is determined, an email is sent to
the PR creator and Requisitioner (if not the same) with relevant PR
information. Can i do this by using the Condition Step type or is there
anyother way to do it? Plz provide the steps...

We can find the Req by the field EBAN-AFNAM.
