BOR PERSDATA-Getdetailedlist BAPI_PERSDATA_GETDETAILEDLIST

Morning! 
 
I have an upgrade issue. While I am waiting for paperwork to start on
issue, 
I have BOR PERSDATA not compiling. Method GetDetailedList is calling 
BAPI_PERSDATA_GETDETAILEDLIST. And this BAPI is not compiling! 
Not RFC enabled. 
 
Anyone have a note on this?
 
We are in ECC 6.0 BASIS 17, and the rest are srv pk 46
