No task description in extended notification

Hi experts,
I'm trying to use the extended notification functionality for the
first time to send emails in my workflow requirement but somehow i
could not display the task description and text in my emails.  The
output of my emails are only the header part and the attachements, no
task related texts.

I've been google'ing but could not find a solution for my issue. Hope
you could point or guide me in SWNCONFIG config. Thanks in advance.
