Workflow Organizational structure help

In our company the development/maintenance of the Organizational Chart
in SAP is the responsibility of the HR group.  We have the SAP HR

Greetings Workflow gurus,

I have been asked by my client to set up an Organizational structure
with a company, departments and jobs to be associated with the workflow
process.  Does anybody have a solid guide on how to set this up.  Is
this a workflow activity or is it a HR function?

Help would be greatly appreciated.
