E-mail Response Management Workflows for Bounce Management

Hi,
I am having an issue with getting inbound e-mail responses from invalid e-mail addresses to trigger the event BOUNCERECEIVED on object CRM_DOCU.

When I execute a campaign in CRM the CRM_DOCU.INFOSENDSTATUSREACHED is triggered when e-mails are sent out.
When these are sent out to invalid e-mail addresses the responses are received by the address that sent them.

In transaction SO28 you can configure SAP object instances to trigger based on a recipient e-mail address. There are a list of objects to choose from e.g. ERMSSUPRT2 (ERMS support 2).
However CRM_DOCU (Mail Document objects) is not in this list.

Has anyone ever tried setting up bounce management and have any ideas on how to resolve my problem?

I have set up a bounce rule in the Rule Modeler.

Many Thanks
David
