Manually Added approver in Shopping Cart

Hello Everyone,

I tried to search for this information on forums and other places, but
couldn't find it.

I want to find, who manually added the approver in shopping cart. I checked
almost all container data, but couldn't find this info.

Our problem is that everybody refuses that they didn't add the approver in
the workflow, so we want to find out the culprit :-)

Any ideas?
