Really Spooky Behaviour (Arghadip Kar)

This issue is very sporadic in nature, only occurs for certain deadline
escalations. I have taken into account substitution and workitem forwarding,
neither of these are applicable in my scenario. I can see that the physical
container assignment step in the workflow log has assigned a wrong agent to
the element deadline. The rest of the process works to perfection.

Any other thoughts??
