Work item not visible in SAP inbox

Hi Friends,

 

In our workflow scenario role resolution is working fine and in workflow
log we can see that work item is assigned to specific agent, however
user is not able to see the work item in SAP Inbox.

 

Any inputs what might be the issue?

 

P.S.:  I have checked some of the points like - task is marked as
general task  etc.
