ESS - Records update notitifcations

Hi All,

We are working on EP 7.0 with SP 18. We have the requirement that when ever
employee updates his records for infotype 0006, 0021 and 0022 and emial
notification should be sent to HR and Employee asking him to submit the
relavent documents.

I would like to know how can we acheive this.
