workflow wizard VS tcode for the reports

hi experts,
               For reports(se38), we can assign the selection screen to the
agents thru workflow wizard(Include "Execute Report/Job") and the other
alternate way is by creating a tcode for the report.So what is the advantage
of using WF wizard for a report vis-a-vis to creating a tcode.
