Disable Pop Up for Priority 1 workitem

Hi
 
I have a requirement in which the client wishes to disable the Pop Up that comes for Priority 1 workitem. Additionaly the client also wants the Red colour that appears in the SAP Inbox for Priority 1 workitem. I have to remove this Pop Up.
 
Any ways how to accomplish this.
