404 Not Found in single signon Portal 7.0 for SRM Approvals

Hi All,

We are getting the user complaints of 404 not found error for SRM Approvals.
That is occuring in Single sign on Portal 7.0. But this is not occuring for all the users.
Can any one please guide me through this.
