EP 7.0- 404 Not Found Error

Hi,
 
We are getting complaints of 404 NOT FOUND error - SAP J2EE ENGINE (The requested resource does not exist) 
at the bottom of the Portal(EP 7.0) when they click on SRM shopping carts.
This is occuring only on single sign on. This is not occuring for all users. It was assigned to me.
I don't know where to start and where to look at. Can you please help me.
