Thanks Jocelyn,
Actually only 1 email is sent per employee advising them that their Pay
statement is posted and provide them a link to Portals -ESS. So not really
SPAM.
I did not think Send Mail step was for these volumes and you just
re-enforced my doubts. I will look into extended notifications and if
not use SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 .
