vendor workflow for different plants

Dear friends,



We are planning to implement vendor workflow. But before do that I would
like to ask you as few question.



A vendor is created with reference to account group. We have 10 plants that
use same account group, such as MS10, while creating a vendor. Each plant
has own its manager and I would like to send approval mail for that specific
manager if vendor is created or changed with related that plant. As per my
research I could find how to send approval mail if a vendor is created for a
specific plant, let’s says 10 with this same account group. How can resolve
this situation. I would like to hearing from you.
