Problem when using FM:SWW_WI_START_SIMPLE

Srinivas,

Please try using standard FM SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW.
If it does not work please specify import parameter values you used.

BTW, it'd be much more efficient to use SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT.

Thanks for the reply.
I am actually trying to create a HR Infotypes based workflow.

I need to trigger an event when a HR Administrator creates a leave from
tcode PASR using infotype 2001.

So, is there any setting to create an event for this scenario.

Hi Experts,

I am experiencing difficulties when using FM : SWW_WI_START_SIMPLE .The
return messge I get is sy-subrc 1, ' Unable to create Work item container '
and workitem id not getting created.somebody please help me in fixing this.
