Hi,

(Assuming this is a custom workflow)

*	Create a "Fork" (parallel processing) step as the first step in
the workflow.
*	Copy all the existing steps to one branch of the fork
*	Create a "Wait for Event" step in the other branch that waits
for the event "ReleaseStepCreated".
*	Create a "Process Control" after the "wait" step with the
function "Complete/Cancel workflow"

Result:

*	While the workflow is running,
*	When the net value of the PO changes, the event
"ReleaseStepCreated" is triggered
*	A new workflow starts as a result.
*	The current workflow listens for this event while running.
*	When the event is triggered, the process control step is called
and the current workflow ends.

Regards,

Vinod

Subject: Deactivation of PO Workflow after New Release Occurs

Hi friends,

We are running PO Workflow through "MS Outlook" according to predefined
customizing. I have a question regarding with it;

Suppose that a user has a decision step that has not yet processed and
once there is an increase in PO net value all release strategies get
started from the beginning. But I want that the decision step that has
not yet being processed should also be deactivated on that particular
agent.

How can I accomplish this requirement?

Best regards

Metin
