Hello Florin,
First, you will have to schedule the job for the program SWN_SELSEN in the background which can be setup to run for every 30 mins.

What you need to do is , in SWNCONFIG, you will have to choose both ALL_DELTA and ALL_FULL in Schedule selection and set the timings you want.

when the job runs for SWN_SELSEN , it will will pick up the workitems available in schedule selection and send notifications.

Note : When you run SWN_SELSEN program for the first time in Quality or Production sysem , please swich off email queue in SCOT so that all the old notifications will be visible in SOST, so that you can delete it. Or else people will get junk emails for the work items such as Idoc error , deadline in the past.

Please let me know,if it does not work .I will explain in detail.

Thanks and Regards,
Raja
