Info requested on ESS Workflow Clock in /clock out

Hi All,
In my present project, we are trying to implement clock in/clock out ESS workflow. Is there any standard template available for the same?
We are in EHP4 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 / NW7.01.
Kindly share the workflow template and the implementation details.
