PDF is not opening

Hi,

                I have created a workflow where the user decision  task
will have a PDF attachment. The work item is having attachment, but when
I am trying to open it the error is showing like "The file is damaged
and could not be opened". I have  checked the container, the values are
coming fine but the attachment is not opening.

                Here I have created my own object type where the method
exports two parameters  1. SWR_ATT_ID   2. SWR_ATT_ID-DOC_ID.  I have
done this following a document, I am attaching the document too. Please
suggest.
