problem while creating BTE

hi Ravi,
           Think twice before you type something ok.I have never forced any
one for urgent reply .This is a group where we can share our knowledge and
even i have gut feel that for any query, you will get exact solution here or
atleast idea.Dont put any people under bad impression,change your attitude.I
respect Neil,Susan,Ramky atleast they have helped me at some extent in
finding solution and iam very much greatful for that.First read properly,I
told this is an urgent requirement for me not for the solution fine??..And
what Neil suggested read twice for your reference purpose.I googled and
checked in SDN and one more please read schumacher blog.She too faced
similar kind of problem gotit??...;)
