Last agen work item was forwarded to?

Look at table SWWLOGHIST.   It contains entries like the one below for 
every work item that is forwarded.    You will still need to look-up the 
agent for the work item, but this should be a good start.

Last agen work item was forwarded to?






Hi,
We are using deadline monitoring and I need to know if there is any 
function module that I can use to find last agent work item was forwarded 
to? I have to code something to send an email to the manager of that 
person who was forwrded that work item and that person did not complete 
the work item.
