Thanks Jocelyn. Appreciate your help.

Still not working.We are getting a exception 'iView not found" .  I followed
all the steps you mentioned.

1) Removed task TS01000136 from SWFVISU.
2) 'Re-registered' in portal.
3) Cleared Cache.
4)generated a new workitem .
