Visualization parameter for task TS01000136

Hi Friends,

We are using standard workflow WS01000089 for Qualification expiration in
PD. Transaction code we use is 'ooqa'.  My question is how to register task
TS01000136 with UWL? I need some information on task registration in SWFVISU


APPLICATION ,DYNPARAM and PACKAGE. How do I find Application name and
package?
