Local WorkFlow always logically deleted

Hi,

I tried for the first time to use a local WF.
The concept looks great,  sadly I'm not succeeding to execute it.
In the log I can see that the local event gets triggered but the Loc-WF is
always logically deleted.
Even if I create binding that I don't need since I presume that the
container of the main WF is global data for the sub WF.
I looked at the example WF WF_verify042 which seem the same.
