Sherie,

I had a similar need sometime ago. You can try either  RH_GET_ACTORS or 
  RH_RESOLVE_RESPONSIBILITIES Function modules(note they are not released).
parameter act_object is the rule ID (AC9....). You will have to build 
and pass the rule container as a tables parameter.
