Escalation mail to manager

Hi,

I want to generate one exception by using TRY - CATCH when no escalation
managers were found for the particular approvers.
Which exception is suitable and how to use it in my code.
I am trying CX_ALERT_CAT_NO_ESCALATION. is it enough? Let me know full idea.
